The Firm

DS Law is a litigation and dispute resolution law firm and is the trading name for DSLaw Limited (formerly DaySparkes Limited). All references in this website to ‘I’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’, ‘DS Law’, ‘the firm’ and the like should be read and construed as referring to DSLaw Limited.

DSLaw Limited is a limited liability company registered in England and Wales with registration number 7484670. DSLaw Limited’s registered office is at Second Floor (South), 3 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AH.

Directors

The term “Director” is used to refer to a Director of DSLaw Limited. The current sole Director is Michael Sparkes who is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Regulation

The Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales regulates DS Law and its lawyers. The Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales’ regulations for solicitors are available online at http://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/code-of-conduct.page .

Professional Indemnity Insurance

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of The Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurer is Endurance Worldwide Insurance Ltd (Sompo International) of 2 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, 1st Floor, London, England, EC3R 7BB. The territorial coverage of our policy is worldwide.
